Broken Links II expansion

With a demand to play with Dream Cards in tourneys growing, the Watcher's Council began grouping these cards into virtual expansions. The first of which is the Broken Links II, whose focus it to flesh out the broken links cards provided by Score.

This expansion was tournament legal at the Dream Card Tournament at Gen Con 2005
